Take the opportunity to camp with your family and friends close to home. You can bring charcoal to cook out dinner and breakfast on one of the many grills located in the park. Eat under the large beautiful pavilion overlooking Tilghman Lake. Enjoy fishing from the dock or lakeside. Explore the 40-acre park that is home to a variety of forest wildlife, lake animals and birds, and local flora. Walk the trail loop, or walk the connection to Laurel Springs Regional park where there is a playground, ballfields, and sports fields.
Camping is only permitted in Tilghman Lake Park on select days, and participants are required to obtain one of the limited parking passes. Overnight visitors who do not display the parking pass may be towed. Parking along the road, in front of the pavilion, and in the grass is not permitted. Additional rules are included on the camping permit, and violators may be asked to leave, face fines or penalties, or be excluded from future camping dates.
